One thing I can tell you about though is the amazing yoga run I did last weekend called the Glöanna yoga run. You get a champagne shot, run 5k followed by an hour of yoga and picnic in the park with lots of beautiful people. There were lots if freebies, hula hoop classes and massages. A gorgeous start to the weekend :-)

Still alive
Sorry for the lack of updates but the last couple of days have been so full on I have hardly had the time to stay in touch with anyone. No updates yet but things can get interesting further down the line :-)

Contrasts
Boy oh boy - I made it! With a bit of a cold trying to tie me down, manic times at work, a crammed social schedule and a fe worker challenges going on it has been a full on week!!! I have taken down training a notch during the beginning of the week - keeping my sessions to two lighter ones, some core work and a light run - all time low being me but my body and mind wouldn't have benefitted from anything more.
Today I experienced the mother of contrasts from a very formal banking institution to a bubbly designer workshop with sushi and fun at Lululemon in islington. It is such a great brand and I love everything about the community and about the things they do for the yoga family around the world.
Tomorrow I am going for a long run and then I am off to Stockholm for friends, training and relaxation. It is bank holiday in the UK and I have extended it with another day so four days of HOLIDAY :-)
Have a fabulous one dear friends!
Will make sure to keep you posted from the beautiful land in the north! Lots of love

Crazy times
It is a beautiful Sunday morning. You know when you wake up and everything is
so quiet and peaceful and you feel you have an eternity ahead of you.
This week has been full on but lovely and full of so much fun and new doors
opening.
On Thursday it was the leaving drinks for dear, dear friend, colleague, partner in crime
and French darling L - we ended up having breakfast just the two of us in the Heron tower
on the 40th floor taking in the view of London before crawling back home at 4.30 am :)
I will miss seeing him every day but I know that although I might have lost a colleague
I still have a friend for life.
Friday was surprisingly productive at work and just a cozy nice evening at home. Saturday
meeting my friend adorable little puppy Lily who I will dog sit for ten days in September.
Afterwards I headed to the beautiful Lululemon people for some grounding,
soothing ISHTA yoga - one thing I will make sure to check out when I am in
Sweden next weekend. I love the community at the Lulu centres - they are full
of hugging, smiling and sweet people and it always gives me such a buzz to go
there.
Saturday evening we went to gorgeous Swedish restaurant Lisa's in Notting Hill for
a crayfish party and delicious summer drinks. There was singing, funny hats, flowers
and live music. Lisa's opened three months ago and are already a huge success in the Swedish
community.
Nope time to get some work done.

The taste of summer
The first week of August is behind us and on the doorstep is another exiting
week. The lovely summer weather continues to make London so loveable and
even the busiest of streets seems to slow down and stop for a while and take in the beauty.
I am experiencing a new found love and hunger to explore my city.
Today I ventured to the West to start my Sunday with lovely soothing
ISHTA yoga at the Lululemon Showroom in Chelsea. ISHTA stands for
Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda and is a soothing yet
powerful practice. It was just what I needed and meeting up with the
Lululemon crew always leaves me with a big smile.
Afterwards I was off to Richmond to celebrate a gorgeous 1 year old girl
week. The lovely summer weather continues to make London so loveable and

Swinging London
Being a bit of a crazy head I do love extremes - like Tarzan swinging from
Keep on swinging!
one world to another. Which is exactly what me and fabulous S did on Sunday.
From barefoot, sweaty flying acro yoga at Indaba to a yummy organic meal at
Natural Kitchen in Marylebone and on to the glamour of boutique hotel Blakes.
Keep on swinging!

Sweet bird
It is Sunday lunch and I am just about to go for a little power nap before heading off to acro yoga and then a stay at Blakes with gorgeous girlfriend S. I just had to give you a little debrief on my weekend
so far.
so far.
On Friday evening I saw the most amazing play with Sex and the city star Kim Catrall in Tenessee Williams "Sweet bird of youth" at the beautiful the old vic in south London. Goosebumps, awe and total respect for the actors - if you ever have the chance to see it GO!!!! I was amazed at Kim Catrall's presence and yes oh yes she deserves to be a Hollywood star. She rocks!!!!
Saturday I went for a Lululemon outdoor yoga class in a nearby rose garden - so beautiful to do yoga outside surrounded by beautiful roses, singing birds and trees and afterwards catching up with the fab Lulu crew over blueberry smoothies. I love the vibe around the showroom and all the happy people.
Happy people are so beautiful.
Happy people are so beautiful.
Time to doze off - tomorrow is surgery day and then I have no idea what state I will be in for the next few days but I will keep you posted!
Lots of love

Hungry
In life - no matter if it is about work, day to day tasks or training - I think
it is good to mix things up - not always following the same routine.
So - my main focus right now is yoga, running and ballet (still of course sticking
to the gym work but a bit less).
I am feeling this hunger and excitement for life. It is time for adventure - to explore,
to conquer new territory. It feels like all these possibilities are opening up to me and
I have the absolute privilege of getting to build something new.
London is hot hot hot - 30 degrees and LOVELY. Summer is finally here.
I have been taking care of the little pups, did some lovely yoga yesterday
at Lululemon Islington and in the evening I met up with the girls for dinner and
cocktails at Little Social. The food was lovely - halibut, elderflower pannacotta,
truffles, quail and dry French cidre to accompany it.
My hunger made me book a workshop in Septmber with an amazing yogi called Ana
Forrest who is known for her tough love and outstanding work on helping people.
I just can't wait.
Today will be spent in the sun and in the evening I am meeting my dear friend M
for some yummy vegetarian food at Tibits for a lovely catch up.
Enjoy the Sunday my dears!

Happy
I am back to my good old self again.
Or well not exactly my old self but a new version of my
old self. I do believe every time we go through a rough patch
or a period that is perceived as less fun it changes us and we get a little
bit wiser (hopefully).
I feel the energy and the joy of being alive and having so many beautiful
people in my life coming back and I am so grateful for all the love around me.
The secret yoga club on Monday was gorgeous. Yoga outside by a gas holder
in East London with candle light, flowers, live harp music and lots of devoted
happy yogis followed by a lovely vegetarian meal and laughter :)
My plans for this summer is to focus on me and my friends, do lots of yoga
and enjoy the beauty around me.

Midsummer weekend
As Sunday is coming to an end a new week of exiting possibilities lies ahead
of us. Saturday was the annual midsummer picnic in Hyde Park with all the
other London Swedes (and other nationalities open for this feast) who dared to
counter the rain, wind and murky clouds. We had everything from herring, meatballs,
beetroot salad, Swedish cheese, sticky chocolate cake, strawberries and you name it :)
Today I went to Royal Albert Hall with dear Japanese friend Y to see the last
performance of Swan Lake. Beautiful, passionate and soothing. I love love love
the ballet.
Tomorrow I am extremely exited to go to the Secret Yoga Club for a unique
yoga supper club - a brilliant idea by Yogi Gabrielle Hailes. Intense jivamukti
yoga followed by a lovely vegetarian meal whilst still in your yoga pants.
The rest of the week will be full on so now some rest is long overdue :)
Lots of love

Flowers so fabulous
This weekend it really felt like spring had come to London (until yesterday when
it started snowing again....). Flowers everywhere and blooming fabulousness.
After circus school on Saturday I bought a bunch
of flowers in memory of dear daddy's passing - nine years have now gone.
I know they say that time heals all wounds and some days it feels like it has.
I feel that dad is so much a part of me and as he continues to live on in me and my
wonderful relationship to my sister I know that he is not gone. He is just some
place else.
In the evening I met up with two fabulous friends and ended up having a blast.
Laughter and cocktails with three lovely guys - I consider myself very lucky :)
Sunday I went to ashtanga yoga class - 90 mins of sweaty hardcore work and
it felt like I was working away some frustration and pain that had stuck in my mind
during the week, leaving me reenergized and beaming. Then coffee with a friend
and her little daughter and in the evening I had the most fabulous dinner
at newly opened restaurant Balthazar. This is the London branch of
the very popular New York restaurant. On the way we stopped by the
Chanel pop up store in Covent Garden where you get a Chanel scented bouquet if you
buy a perfume.
Gorgeous French food, gorgeous company and gorgeous memories.
Sometimes you just have to stop time and smell the flowers.
