Boring spies and sunny skies

It is something magical about waking up on a Saturday morning.
Nothing special planned, just two days ahead of bliss and being.
I think this is one of my favorite moments of the week.

Yesterday autumn was definitely in the air. Strong winds, sunny
intervals and you could somehow feel the power of nature
shifting. I love this time of the year although I always get a bit sad
that summer is leaving us.

We went to the Breakfast club for a quick dinner before
creeping in to the popcorn scented darkness of the cinema.
Unfortunately the movie was not what we expected.
Tinker, tailor, soldier spy was a bit boring to be honest. A lot
of politics and nothing really going on - I am probably far
too used to James Bond action filled adventures to really
appreciate it :)

Today is DIY day - lots to be done in the flat. Will try and post
some photos for you later on.

Nobody puts Baby in the corner

A little over a week ago one of our times greatest actors, dancers and entertainers passed on to another place.

I was so touched when a friend of mine said that she got so sad when she realised that she was never going to dance with Patrick. I think in our dreams we have all danced with him, twirled away in the night, drifted away to the music.
