it started snowing again....). Flowers everywhere and blooming fabulousness.
After circus school on Saturday I bought a bunch
of flowers in memory of dear daddy's passing - nine years have now gone.
I know they say that time heals all wounds and some days it feels like it has.
I feel that dad is so much a part of me and as he continues to live on in me and my
wonderful relationship to my sister I know that he is not gone. He is just some
place else.
In the evening I met up with two fabulous friends and ended up having a blast.
Laughter and cocktails with three lovely guys - I consider myself very lucky :)
Sunday I went to ashtanga yoga class - 90 mins of sweaty hardcore work and
it felt like I was working away some frustration and pain that had stuck in my mind
during the week, leaving me reenergized and beaming. Then coffee with a friend
and her little daughter and in the evening I had the most fabulous dinner
at newly opened restaurant Balthazar. This is the London branch of
the very popular New York restaurant. On the way we stopped by the
Chanel pop up store in Covent Garden where you get a Chanel scented bouquet if you
buy a perfume.
Gorgeous French food, gorgeous company and gorgeous memories.
Sometimes you just have to stop time and smell the flowers.
