I have been to many spa's and tried all kinds of different treatments but if you ever have the time and the opportunity the Mandarin Oriental is your place to be, and if she's available, ask for Sonya.
Being Christmas Day, the place was nearly empty. The worst thing is when a spa is packed with babbling ladies and too crowded, making relaxation seem miles away.
First there is the amethyst crystal steam room and vitality pool to get you in the right mood and then there is the zen colour therapy relaxing room to help you unwind. Two hours later of chakra balancing with hot stones and Sonya's loving hands and I'm completely knocked out.
Thank you so much Gordon for the Christmas gift :D
Back at the Hoxton (which is a hotel I can warmly recommend to any of you who seek a comfy, cool, clean and reasonably priced hotel in London). My companion for the night is the fire place, a nice drink and JJ and soon I'm hitting the sheets.
