it feels like life for a lot of people is a bit of a bumpy road. I do believe that certain
times can be extra charged with change and new winds blowing - just like the last
couple of weeks have been....

When contemplating change I came across this brilliant Einstein quote that to me says
it all.

But one thing we must always bear in mind when we think of our own "worries" or
problems is to put things into perspective. Right now my prayers go out to a very
special little fighter who only just came into this world and to his family.
He is the son to a very dear friend of mine and he is fighting for his life.
Hang in there little D!

After all we have to be humble in life. And sometimes we need a bit of bumps to keep
us down to earth. So keep on riding the bike. Keep smiling. Enjoy the ride.
