Good morning my dear readers,
It is a nice day in London and I am having
my breakfast before it is time to go on a nice
long walk.
For this morning smoothie I do porridge and
protein all in one.
Mix 50 g of fibre oats (thank you dear friends from Sweden bringing these)
Some goji berries
A hint of cinnamon
And if you wish some vanilla protein powder
Mix and top off with linseeds
Voila breakfast is served
