The air of vacation

is overcoming London. Dress down month at
work, today temperature is hitting 30 degrees and
some have quite nice tans (note not that many British).
Although I dont have that much holiday this year I
feel energized and great. I am turning my life around now.

I am getting ready for my lunch cardio session and
a looooooong stretch. Feel quite stiff today but all the
hard work is paying off. My mojo is returning.

Tonight I will try and get some of the paper work
and fixing a few things at home before I crash into
bed.
