The power nap

Left work a little bit earlier today, went home and
crashed. Slept like a baby for two hours and woke
up feeling a lot more rested.

A good old power nap (ok this one was a bit too
long) is a good recipe for most things.

When listening to Henrik Larssons summer program
in P1 - he talked about the importance of rest
especially if you train and work hard.

Now I am going to make some pasta.
