The love affair

After struggling, fuzzing and fighting things have started to move work wise and they are finally giving me what I have been dreaming of doing. And we are starting to bond for real.
It is a funny thing when you throw yourself into something new. It is like falling in love.
First comes the honeymoon when everything is perfect, SO exciting and So new,
then comes the crash when you start seeing beyond the glitzy surface and
realise that things aren’t what you thought they were or expected. But then you start to fight back, do things your way and fall in love again. Me right now – I am loving the work.
This week has been loads to do at work, both working and setting new action plans for my department. Oh how I love the strategics and goals you set for the upcoming time. Time to improve. Time to excel. Yesterday was the first night out this week – eating yummie veggies yet again at Tibits with K and Alex and then moving on to Momo’s to meet up with Sara and her gorgeous friends. I also saw this amazing flat yesterday but it was over a fish and chip shop so the smell made me turn around on the doorstep. So the hunt for mister right continues.

Tonight I am showing my flat for the poor soul who is moving there. Tomorrow I am meeting Goldman guy M for drinks after yoga ballet class, Saturday Crayfish party at Sara’s and on Sunday I will go up and away – an entire day of hang gliding.
