"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." -- Anais Nin
It’s is Friday babes so get out you feathers and dust of the dancing shoes.
I am dusting of my weekend bag to go for a bday party for pilot J in Harrogate.
About two hours north of London with the train – that’s about all I know about Harrogate.
The first working week after my sweet sweet holiday.
What have I been up to?
I have been a good girl going to the gym every evening after working quite late.
On Wednesday I went out with Sara to Veggie Resto Tibits and then we moved on
to trendy Cocoon. I just love Tibits and the food is so yummie you wish you could eat it all.
On my vacation I read the book called Akta Vara (The real thing in Swedish) by author
Mats-Eric Nilsson. His idea to investigate what they actually put in our food came by eating a Magnum “Pistachio” one day, realising that there was no such thing as pistachio in it but artificial flavours and spinach for the green colour. His first book was called “The secret chef” (Den hemlige kocken) that revealed a lot of the treatments our food has to go through before it hits our plates. In Akta Vara he publishes a guide to better and eating and what to watch out for when you go grocery shopping. I was chocked to read that there are more regulations on what to put in dog food than there is in human food since we have a choice....
Tonight I am heading off to Yoga Ballet and the home to get my suitcase to go to Angel.
Have a gorgeous weekend dear ones.
Lots of love and flowers
