Today I read about the warrior diet. The warrior diet is in total contrast with today's regular "three main meals & two-three snacks mantra". Basic philosphy - eat one main meal per day (in the evening), avoid chemicals, combine foods adequately and challenge your body physically. Separate a.m. foods and p.m. foods for effective removal of toxins, increased conversion of fat for energy, increased utilization of nutrients and improved resilience to stress. The proposed result: a leaner, stronger and healthier body.
I believe in one diet - eat a varied diet and try different compositions of frequency, fat, carbs and protein and study how your body reacts and how your energylevels develop. There is not one universal super diet that works for everyone. And the best recipe for feeling good is to move your ass! Or to quote my great loves - Bruce Lee - use only that which works and take it from anywhere you can find it.
Only one week left until London where my "diet" will be lots of yoga, raw food, starbucks, gordon ramsay and fun fun fun fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
