Three weeks ago I fell really bad on my neck whilst doing a handstand. Since then I’ve felt stiff and somewhat of a pain in my back – and I NEVER have back pains. EVER.
Usually I go to an osteopath or naprapath once every half year to check that everything is alright and that my body is perfectly aligned. I’ve been doing this ever since one of the girls in the Pilates studio noticed that my legs where not equally long (sounds crazy doesn’t it – but most of us go around with these kind of imbalances without even noticing it until you get older and the pains start to come).
