Autumn is here. Days go shorter and the sun becomes more and more abscent. We see it on our skin, feel it in our energy levels and in our moods.
If you haven't planned a trip to the sun this winter, here are some good tips for you :)
- D vitamins - neccessary to keep your immune system up and running and also good for your bones and mood
- The obligatory sleep, water, veggies, excercise and fresh air
- Self-tan - just looking at that pale face in the mirror is sometimes all it takes to get you depresed ;)
Using self tanners is not entirely care free - your bed looks like you haven't showered after two weeks in the desert and your bathroom.... well let's not get into that...
I got a fabulous tip from one of my gourgeous friends Linda today about a really good beauty site and found theese goodies


The tan a mat (a mat for laying out whilst applying your self tanner) and the tan a sac (bed linnen to keep your tan where it belongs and not in your bed).
