Champagne

A French group of scientists at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne have performed a study on why we like champagne. According to the study there are around 100 million bubbles in one bottle and when they burst they release a host of chemicals that tend to make us feel good or even euphoric.

Honestly – who needed a study to confirm that it’s all about the bubbles???
