Feels like home

On Thursday me and sweethart KV tried a new Swedish resto called Lisa's
on Portobello Road. You know one of those places where you walk through the door
and you feel like you took the Star Trek Express to another place. Well, Lisa's is
one of those places with a very genuine and relaxed atmosphere and SO SWEDISH.

The food was to die for - prawns on rye bread, herring, veal stew, cod and home
made waffles with cream and raspberry jam. We felt like kids again :)

Speaking of food - I have discovered an amazing snack from Up Raw.
It contains no non-sense just whey protein, walnuts, honey, spices and coconut
and it is one of the most delicious raw food snacks I have had (also think it would
be quite easy to whip this up at home if you don't have access to the ready made ones).
