Maaassssive

massive stomach ache (after eating too much ;)
of this lovely organic pizza with soya dough (only
one third of the carbs and lots more protein).

The place is called Organica Pizza Company and I just
looove it. Phew my cheat day isn't over yet but
I just can't eat anything more.

By this time next year I want to be in Switzerland to
celebrate my dear darling sister! She is the most
amazing person I know and she means the world to me.

Also today a special prayer is going out to all of you
across the globe who have been affected by the events that
happened ten years ago. I hope peace will find your heart
and that love can ease the sorrow somewhat.

Now I am going to lie down in the sofa and DIGEST!!!
