Alive and Swinging

Hello my little chickens,

Back in London although ever tine I leave my heart bleeds.

This weekend was as lovely as always, hanging out, eating 

lovely food and going to an amazing concert with my dearest 

darling sister - a rat pack tribute. How I sometimes dream 

of the fifties-sixties where Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin 

were kings and swing was the tunes to be listening to.

Anyhow... Back to reality but once again I have had a crazy 

idea during my time off - so I have booked a surf and yoga 

camp in France in September - just me and my board and a lot 

of hardcore girls!!! It is time to get out of my comfort zone 

and conquer the waves!

This week I am most likely going to Dublin but the date is 

yet to be confirmed. Otherwise a lot of training, a nice 

dinner tonight at Almeida and on Sunday at casa barnsbury road. 

Less than one month to go in that place. Time sure flies.

Well enough for now it is time for some 

advanced jumpboard cardio Pilates!
