No pain no gain?

Thank God for painkillers.

A strain to the joint between the pelvis and the leg made me moan
and groan all Monday until I finally got to go my magic osteopath.
After a few needles (she does acupuncture as well) I finally felt better.
Well I sure did push my limits but hey what's the fun if you never feel
anything?

Today?
I'm alive and kicking and getting all excited about Malaga
from Friday to Monday and then the MOVE!!!!

This day will be spent outside of London on transaction work and
tonight my team is taken to dinner cause the client was so happy with us!
The venue is a Spanish restaurant in soho called Aqua Nueva.
And from the looks of the menu the tapas are good.
The universe sure is moving :)
