Those summer nights

Well folks... Its back to basics again.

A quick resume of last week?
On Thursday I went to Zurich to tour Banhofsstrasse (THE shoppingstreet in Zurich),
eat Pretzels and some Luxemburgerli's (the Swiss version of macaroons) and to do some
shopping. Thursday night cuddling in the sofa with la familia whilst watching Notting Hill.
Feelgood movies are SO underrated.

Friday - Spaday with my dearest darling sister at The Dolder Grand Spa. One and a
half hour of Kenzoki products and the soft and sweet hands of Sylvana, amazing lunch
and exploring the premises. They had a room full of snow to cool of after the sauna
and bathtubs filled with hot stones - were - of course - I fell asleep.

In the evening I headed to the airport to pick up S, who came down for the weekend.
Saturday - finally the sun came and we spent the day eating icecream, sausages and drinking
Mais beer and in the evening we were picked up by boat to visit lovebirds Anne
and Martin for BBQ and sunset.

Sunday, my dear dear brother in law took us sightseeing and we finished the day with eating
a typical dish for the region - Kalbsgeschnaetzeltes mit rosti - Veal stew with rosti.
Heaven on a plate.

Drinking holy water in Einsideln

Today we were supposed to do Zurich town but since the weather was so lovely we decided
to stay on the terrace and swimming in the Zurich lake.

Writing this I am back in the big L.
Breathe and reboot.
