Truffle Camp

Instead of going on a band camp or sports camp you can now go on a truffle camp for three days in New Mexico were you learn everything about the fungus, collect it and eat it.

One of my favourites when it comes to truffle is actually popping popcorn in truffle oil :) when Im not drizzling over risotto. Yum yum.

This day has been spent as far from glamour ever possible - in the town of Enköping. This day has been such a struggle and I have a slight feeling of have been run over by a bulldozer. But tomorrow evening I will be on the train back to the West Coast. And hopefully in a couple of weeks from now I will be looking back at the troubble and turbulence and smile.  But for now - I'm hanging in there.
