One of the hardest things for me is when I am not able to go training due to work, lack of time or like now when a cough has kept me up for most parts of last night. The confusing part being that I dont feel even a teeny weeny bit sick or cold.... And yesterday I did som kick ass good training....
Anyhow the hard part is to canalize my energy into something else. If I dont get my physical excercise I dont feel well... Like some people get really cranky if they dont get their food on time - I get when I have to sit still for an entire day. It doesnt have to be a hard core workout - just some nice stretching or something that gets my blood flowing.

I guess what the yogi doctor would order is a nice long headstand - so that's just what I'm going to do. If that doesn't help I'm getting out the pipe cleaner (and no my dear Swedes it isn't Swenglish - its acutally called that way) and put an end to the tickling.
