There is so much going on in my head right now that I am a bit all over the
place. Usually I am pretty organized and sort of on track but lately I have
been distracted so it is time to bring in some hardcore centralisation - via
morning meditation. I usually preferr meditating whilst in movement but I
will give the sitting still thing a go. What do you think? Do you ever
meditate?
