Ok, so to be honest 2013 hasn't quite started the way I imagined
it would. By now I should be running 10k 3 times per week, lifting
super heavy and rocknrolling. Instead the Mexican food bug and a badass
cold have put me a few steps back - or actually not back - but on a
totally different path.
I have only done one run so far in 2013 and my lifting is improving.
But what I am learning is to work with my body and not against it.
If the little fella says no there is just nothing you can do about it but stroke it
gently, gently and say please and if the no is still a no give it a rest or try
something else.
Live in the moment and make the most of life.
