In my heart

To me every day is a day for love. It doesn't need a special day. But yesterday's lovely messages and gifts and even a chocolate fountain at work makes me feel superblessed!

It has been a busy week - Tuesday clammy work dinner,Wednesday I organized a theatre trip for the sports and social committee at work and tonight I am meeting a gorgeous Aussie girl for a long overdue catch up.

My cold still has a strong grip meaning no cardio this week and just weights, walks and stretch. Great news I regaining strength and getting ready for a new season.
