whatever new and exciting there is. In Miami I went to Equinox for my daily boost.
When talking to a friend we agreed that it is quite ironic that one of the world's most
obese countries has the best gyms - like Equinox in South Beach... Refrigerated towels
infused with eucalyptus oil (so refreshing), protein and smoothie bar where you can
design your own shake, sand filled Pilates balls to give you that bit of extra resistance,
state of the art equipment, fab classes such as rockstar skinny, armed and dangerous,
runway ready and so on.... and an amazing shop.
In the shop I also found the best yoga tights ever. They are not too low in the waist, they
aren't see through when you bend over or spread your legs a little bit (seriously.... why do
most tights do this) and they come in lots of lovely colors. They can be found here.
In London it is back to basics and ahead of me lies a big challenge - training for
Tough Mudder and getting back in shape again. And as they say - the best thing to
cure post holiday blues is to book a next trip which we have done - to Stockholm
beginning of Feb. During the holidays I read an article that claimed that the time we
are the happiest about a long planned holiday is about 3 months before we leave. Interesting.
Have a fab day folks!
Lots of love!
