As I have been lifting heavier and heavier and getting stronger I have
noticed a few interesting comments - especially from the male crowd at my
gym. Some saying not bad for a girl, quite strong for a girl. Others actually
saying they feel emasculated when I lift more than them.
There is a difference when it comes to training women and men. Not just in terms
of strength but also in terms of psychology and response to training. A friend shared

I am not just strong for a girl. I am strong - and I love it.
