Once upon a time in Scandiland

Well not really Scandiland but the at the Scandi HQ in London.
Had breakfast with American sweetheart M and then went home for
a less successful Swedish bake off - used the wrong flour for Swedish
Saffron buns but the baking still had the desired therapeutic effect.
Sometimes it is the journey and not the end that counts, right?!
