I am so bolted with energy at the moment I almost dont know what
to do with myself! After putting myself through a lot of training this week:
Monday: Chest and triceps weights amd core, Swimming
Tuesday: Run, Spinning, Leg and back weights
Wednesday: Run, Swimming, Biceps and back weights
Thursday: Run, Swimming, Chest and tri's workout and added core work
Friday: Run, Spinning, Biceps, back and core weights
I still have loads of energy left. So tomorrow hardcore jivamukti yoga and Sunday
an easy run. I need to brace myself not to overtrain but hard to restrain yourself
when you feel the flow.
Wednesday we went to an amazing new restaurant in the Heron tower
on the 38th floor looking out over London city. The place is called Sushisamba
and I can really recommend it! When looking out over the city, leaving the
skyscrapers below you - I felt free. I am a big sucker for the freedom
feeling which makes me love acrobatics, swimming and anywhere
I feel that there are no boundaries just play and complete focus.
