So we are back in London.
The last days in Tulum flew back so quickly.
Every morning I went to yoga class in the jungle.
There is something special about doing yoga outside, especially in the heat. Feeling the wind nicely stroking you, hearing the birds and geckos and connecting with what is surrounding you is magical.
After yoga we headed down to the beach to swim and listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Unfortunately the last day the ocean got its victim - me :) I got knocked over by a big wave since my legs were super weak after an intense yoga class. The big wave was followed by another wave and I lost it all - my favorite sunglasses that cost me a fortune two years ago in Milan and my bra - twice.... Thank god for it being low season and not that many people on the beach. After getting over my loss I had quite a good laugh and something to think about since the yoga teacher that morning dedicated the practice to detachment. Detachment of things, people and times is something for your min to play with. Everything passes and nothing lasts forever. That goes true for bad times which make them easier to get through since you know that there is a limit to how long they last. That goes through for the good times for us to enjoy them even more an to relish the moment. Detaching myself from Tulum was hard and painful. Saying goodbye to the beach, to the amazing people we have meet and to our holidays hurts. But we will go back. Thee will be new good times. Tulum we will return. Lots of love
