Invest in you

In times where the stock markets are tumbling and the investment
horizons for most things are quite somber - investing in yourself is
something that will always give you a gain.

The seminar yesterday with Charles Poliquin was one of those moments
where I seriously was considering is it worth the money, the time and as
for London yesterday - the risk of getting stuck in snow chaos. And the
answer is YES, YES, YES! It was an investment in inspiration, motivation
and knowledge of training, nutrition and mental power. I am considering
taking further courses for this brilliant man but it will have to wait until next
year.

Otherwise the weekend was awesome. Big Indian dinner in north west
London with friends from all over and an interesting, snowy ride back home.
London does not function if there is a snow flake in sight. But we got home and
we laughed and we smiled. The dancing, the food and (unfortunately) the jagerbombs...
What can I say - life is pretty fun right now.
