So fourth day with my little cold.
On Saturday I still managed to do some Garuda but afterwards
I could feel the fever kicking in big time and the rest of the weekend
was spent watching loads of friends and chillaxing in the sofa.
Today was super intense day at work but broke it off with a very
light session at the gym.
To me - when I am sick or have a cold - I have massive trouble in
deciding whether to train or not to train. I love it so much and it is my
me time - my yoga - my centre. Without it I always feel a little lost.
What do you guys do when you are sick - do you train or just rest?
Speaking of rest - I am going to bed now.
Tomorrow is Valentines - any plans?
