Hardcore work on legs, arms, abs and
back. In an hour we covered rope skipping,
Sumo dead lift, kettlebell clean, clean and jerk
technique, olympic ring push ups, jumping lunges
and running. My legs are killing but I feel so happy
and grateful to be strong and to be able to train like this.
My cake is in the oven - gingerbread cheesecake.
Now it is time to wrap my Christmas presents and then
I am off to the dinner party tonight.
