There is always a lot of talk about diets everywhere.
In magazines and TV shows there is a lot of focus on eating
less and dieting.
Contrary to all these diet I think we have lost one thing -
our natural instinct to eat what we need (and no more) and
also the innate ability to heal ourselves. Wild horses for
instance know what to eat when they are sick and they seek
for it in nature. We have the same gift but our bodies are so
filled with outside impressions that we sometimes forget to
tune in.
This is the case when our bodies are clean i e it doesn't tell
us it wants sugar because sugar is one of the most dangerous
and addictive drugs there is.
Well enough about the what you should or shouldn't.
Scientist have found that if you eat strawberries with a
high fat high carb meal - it helps your insulin levels to
stay low and are packed with antioxidants that have SO
MANY benefits for you :)
