Friday morning we took off for Sweden after approximately
36 hours out of which some of them weren’t that pleasant.
We managed to catch up with one dear dear friend at the train
station before we boarded the train to Skovde.
Once we got outside of Gbg it was beautiful. So much white
untouched snow and amazing landscapes passing by.
The rest of the weekend was just bliss. Eating lots of home cooked
delicious food, drinking amazing wines, taking a trip back to my old
old hometown to put some flowers for Mum and Dad (oh how I miss you),
long conversations into the night and Sunday evening I went home to
my Iranian sister – V. She is so amazing and always makes me feel so
at home. Since she had to buzz of to a birthday party I did a little tour
around Gbg, walking around my old hoods and bumping
into various missed faces.
Roses from L for mum and dad - I cried when I got them
Yummie starter - champagne, lojrom, caviar, sour cream, dill and rye bread.
Raggmunkar a la S
Every morning a breakfast tray with coffe and chocolates - Mats you are a star
And well, now I am back in Dublin again but
hopefully I will be back in the big L on Thursday at the latest.
I guess Valentine’s day will be me and my colleagues,
no romance and no roses.
But I hold the roses of this weekend in my heart.
And I have never seen a more beautiful bouquet!!!!
Lots of valentine love.
