Pulled tea is a delicious south east asian delight using strong
red tea and sweetened condensed milk.
The Chinalife healthier alternative is to use popcorn tea instead.
It will give you all the health benefits of green tea as well as the
nutty flavour of puffed rice that perfectly suits a milky brew.
A satisfying alternative to coffee.
Brew 400 ml of popcorn tea (its quite strong so use a couple of teaspoons)
Pour tea over 100ml of evaporated milk.
Use honey to sweeten to taste.
For a true pulled tea you should pour the tea from a height into
a mug and back again a few times. This makes the tea nice and frothy. Enjoy!
