Running

When my mind is a bit shattered and tension is adding up one of the
most releasing things I know is running. Running calms me and energizes
me at the same time. It is like therapy where I release my anger, anxiety, happiness
and anything else that needs to be flushed out.

This weekend I am dying to be at a run in Malmö but
because of moving etc I just cant... It is for an amazing charity called Size Foundation
and together with lots of great people they are doing a 10k run. But well next time
nothing is going to stop me. Now I am going to sleep - tomorrow morning is my therapy
time :)
