Getting ready for the weekend?

I surely am. This weekend I am getting a visit from fabulous
Ayurveda and Yoga darling A. On the schedule is MYS which
is the Swedish word for coziness, Bollywood and lots of yummie
vegetarian food.

Across most of Europe the weather hasn't been that great for the
last couple of days (hope for all my readers elsewhere that you are
blessed with sunshine). Anyhow on the rainy days - don't forget
to keep the sunshine in your heart. Life is light. Life is fun.
