If you don't love yourself

It is hard to love the people around you.

Your life is a journey of learning how to love

yourself first and then extending that love to 

others.

Don't be so hard on yourself when looking into that

mirror. A couple of days a go I listened to a lecture by a German

doctor given to me by my dear sister. He said that the difference 

between men and women is that women scrutinize themselves

from every angle -focusing on all the spots they perceive as less

beautiful or nice. A man walks in front of the mirror, takes a quick

peak and is happy. Why would he turn around so he could se

the part of his profile (hint beer belly) that he is not so content with.

Ok I know this is not a metaphor that speaks true for all of us but

it gives an interesting perspective on the difference of how you treat

YOU - the most important person in your life.
