We are moving up to the weeks before the Christmas holidays
and I do LOVE this period. It is really crazy with lots of get togethers,
trips, parties, visitors and training events but I feel like a kid on Christmas
eve. And they are all my little treats.
Alittle preview? Swedish lunch at work, my darling family is coming for
the weekend (wiiii), Funk the Buddha yoga with live DJ, dinner with
friends, old flatmate dinner, Stockholm and last but not least some
kick ass training. I want to be able to rock that ski slope when the time
comes and the improvement from not being able to squat less than five
months ago to doing hundreds makes me understand that our ability
to move is a GIFT and not a must. Enjoy your bodies and let them
out now and then.
I am deeply grateful for have been given the gift of movement.
And for the gift of life.
