Action and reaction

Lately I have been thinking about action and reaction.
The ways by which we react are they always proportionate to
the actions we are reacting on? Do we always need to react?

In yoga, meditation and many sports you train your ability
to let things you don't necessarily need to pay attention to,
to pass by. You learn how to focus on what is important.

What a bout the noise? Let it go.
Who knows, you might even afford
to give it a smile or acknowledge it for what it is and let is pass.
