Don't worry

After all it is Friday.
A blissful weekend lies ahead of us.

I saw this on a dear dear friends blog and
just had to share it with you guys.
Research has showed that worrying is like a
bad downward spiral for our brains. It easily
becomes a habit and takes up a lot of energy and
capacity and sometimes if you worry to much,
you bring it to you.

So this weekend, don't worry be happy.
